Acclimating new Staff through Support, Involvement, Socializing and Trust

MISSION OF ASSIST PROGRAM
The 体育菠菜大平台 Staff ASSIST Program is a partnership program that consists of current staff members mentoring new staff members. Mentors in the ASSIST Program will be comprised of graduates of the Leadership 体育菠菜大平台 Program and other 体育菠菜大平台 Staff members who represent the culture of 体育菠菜大平台. This program will partner individuals that have a significant campus knowledge with individuals who desire to become involved in the campus community. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in activities and programs that help make 体育菠菜大平台 special and unique over a six month period in order to help them become more comfortable with their new work environment.

Apply to the Assist Program

2-3 Mentors will lead groups of up to 8 new staff members who apply for the program
New groups will form at various times during the year, sign up when you are ready
The program will last six months from the first meeting
Mentors will guide the group to one event once a month
Groups will have the opportunity to attend various events and learn from each other about the campus community during this time period
Upon completion, members will have the opportunity to evaluate their experience
